Description: Dudley Square II is a community of independent living town home retirement condominiums. The development is a second phase to the independent living section of the Episcopal Church Home, a continuum of care retirement campus. The homes have two to three bedrooms and each has an attached garage. The units were designed to meet “Universal Design” standards , and all units are either handicapped accessible or fully adaptable for accessibility embracing the aging in place concept. The owner and architect worked with each resident to personalize the design of each home.
Size: Twenty six units ranging from 1,575 sf to 1,923 sf (excluding garages) on a four acre site. Total gross build out is 55,276 sf.
